Pennsylvania will be a hub of activity for the FIFA World Cup 2026, with a major FIFA Fan Festival planned for Philadelphia and three additional "satellite" fan zones anticipated across other regions of the state.

Philadelphia's FIFA Fan Festival at Lemon Hill

The central destination for fans in Pennsylvania will be the FIFA Fan Festival located at Lemon Hill in East Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. This festival is scheduled to run for five weeks, encompassing the entire duration of the tournament from June 11 to July 19, 2026.

Expected to attract between 15,000 and 25,000 visitors daily, the Lemon Hill Fan Festival will offer a vibrant atmosphere with free admission. Key activities and features will include:

  • Live broadcasts of all FIFA World Cup matches on giant screens.
  • A diverse array of food and beverage vendors.
  • Live music and entertainment.
  • International cultural events and parties.
  • Merchandise sales.

Lemon Hill, a 46-acre historic mansion estate, offers scenic views of Center City and is undergoing extensive renovations to prepare for the event. The site is walkable from Center City Philadelphia and is near the Philadelphia Art Museum and the Rocky Statue. Public transportation options to Lemon Hill include SEPTA's Girard Avenue trolley and various bus routes; however, a direct metro stop is not available, and parking may be limited.

PA Satellite Zones (3)

Beyond the main event in Philadelphia, the Visit Pennsylvania tourism bureau has indicated that three satellite FIFA Fan Zones will be established in other regions across the state. As of now, specific locations and detailed information for these three satellite zones have not been released, with updates encouraged through Visit PA's social media channels.

Other areas in Pennsylvania, such as Lehigh Valley and Cumberland Valley, are also promoting themselves as convenient bases for visitors due to their proximity to Philadelphia and other host cities like New York/New Jersey. These regions may offer their own local events, watch parties, and accommodations to cater to World Cup visitors.
