The FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Festival™ in Philadelphia, PA, will be hosted at Lemon Hill in East Fairmount Park, offering a 39-day celebration for soccer enthusiasts from June 11 to July 19, 2026. This free event, though requiring advance registration, aims to create a vibrant hub for both dedicated supporters and casual fans. Philadelphia is notably the only U.S. city hosting a Fan Fest for the entire 39-day duration of the tournament.

Events and Activities:

The FIFA Fan Festival™ at Lemon Hill will feature a wide array of attractions and programming:

• Match Broadcasts: Large LED screens, including a 60-foot main stage, will broadcast live matches without commercials or announcers, creating an immersive viewing experience. Two additional auxiliary screens will be on the grounds, one near the Lemon Hill Mansion and another between the FIFA Fan Store and Visit PA booth.
• Food and Beverages: A rotating lineup of Philadelphia's local food trucks, emphasizing small, diverse, and independently owned vendors, will offer fresh flavors throughout the tournament.
• Entertainment and Culture: The festival will showcase live entertainment, cultural programming, and community events on both match and non-match days. This includes ticketed concerts and performances by artists, cultural organizations, and community groups, reflecting both the global spirit of the World Cup and Philadelphia's vibrant arts scene.
• Interactive Zones: Visitors can engage in hands-on activity zones, sponsor activations, and purchase official merchandise. The Philadelphia Phestival Marketplace will also feature local makers, artists, and artisans.
• Pennsylvania Day: On Saturday, June 27, Visit PA and Philadelphia Soccer will host "Pennsylvania Day" at the Fan Festival, featuring the Visit PA Playmakers, community honors, and the PA Soccer Challenge, along with destination giveaways and character meet and greets.

Visitor Guide:

• Location: The FIFA Fan Festival™ is located at Lemon Hill Park, 1 Lemon Hill Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19130, in East Fairmount Park, northwest of Center City Philadelphia.
• Hours of Operation: On match days, the festival will open one hour prior to the first match shown and close one hour after the conclusion of the last match. Non-match day operating hours will depend on the entertainment schedule. For example, opening hours for the initial days are listed as 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET from Thursday, May 28, to Monday, June 1. The festival is open rain or shine, weather permitting, and runs daily through Sunday, July 19, 2026.
• Admission: Entry is free and open to the public, but guests are encouraged to register in advance. Organizers are limiting entry to 15,000 fans per day to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Getting There:
• Public Transportation: Philly PHLASH offers a dedicated 2026 Downtown Loop with a new Stop 9 at Pennsylvania and Fairmount Avenues, a short walk from Lemon Hill. An all-day PHLASH pass costs $5, with free rides for SEPTA pass holders, seniors, and children under four. SEPTA also provides increased access on several bus routes, including the 32, 48, 7, and 49, with stops near Lemon Hill.
• Walking & Biking: Lemon Hill is approximately 3.5 miles from Center City, with direct sidewalks from subway and hotel blocks. Indego Bike Share has over 250 stations citywide, with ample bike racks at the stadium and East Fairmount Park.
• Vehicle Traffic: No vehicle traffic is allowed at the Fan Fest, and parking restrictions will be enforced in surrounding neighborhoods.
• Security: All guests must pass through a security check upon entering the venue at Kelly Drive and Sedgley Drive, including magnetometers and bag checks. A list of prohibited items should be reviewed in advance. A "No Drone Zone" will be enforced above the stadium complex and Lemon Hill Park.
• Accessibility: The park's design includes upgraded accessibility and ADA-compliant paths.
• Beyond the Fan Festival: In addition to the Lemon Hill Fan Festival, Pennsylvania will host three other free FIFA World Cup Fan Zones in Pittsburgh (Acrisure Stadium), Reading (Santander Arena), and Scranton (Lackawanna County Courthouse Square), which will feature match viewing, live entertainment, food, and soccer activities.
